Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: All products you wish to exchange or return must arrive in the same condition as when they were delivered, unused. Items will only be accepted if the label is attached and in good condition.
DEADLINE: From the moment you receive your Tabarca product, you have 14 business days to exchange a size or product.
In the case of an exchange due to size or a defective product , we will take care of everything, assuming the corresponding costs.
All other returns must be sent at the customer's expense:
- Spain, Italy, Andorra and Portugal: €4.95
- Canary Islands: €15
- European Union: €10
- United Kingdom and rest of Europe: €15
