Shipping Policy

TABARCA DELIVERY

Before placing your order, you must select the delivery method that best suits your needs. Unless otherwise agreed, we will ship your order, consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation, without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Home deliveries are free of charge for Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Andorra. They will be delivered within 2-8 business days.

Shipping to other EU countries will be €10 and will be delivered within 3-10 business days. Orders over €100 will be free of charge within this area.

For other non-EU countries and the Canary Islands, shipping will be €15 and delivered within 3-12 business days.

Please note that circumstances arising from the customization of products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, may affect the delivery date.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the purchase by scheduling a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund. Please note, however, that, except in exceptional circumstances, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "delivery" or the order will be deemed to have occurred when you or a third party designated by you acquire physical possession of the products, evidence of which will be provided by signing for receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to arrange for it to be sent again. If you will not be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.

If the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will contact you. If, within thirty (30) days of us making the item available to you, you have not collected it or you refuse to accept it, it will be considered abandoned. TRANSFER OF RISK AND PROPERTY

The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.

You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in respect of them, including delivery charges, or upon delivery (as defined in clause 9 above), whichever is later.
